Terms & Conditions for NO!DOUBT!

Welcome to NO!DOUBT!. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our professional media services (Photo/Video Productions, Music Productions, and Drone Video Productions). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms in full.
 

1. Corporate Structure & Definitions

  • “Company”: NO!DOUBT!, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.
  • Legal Registration: NO!DOUBT! is officially registered and incorporated in the Netherlands under KVK number: 99829983
  • Spanish Branch / Second Office: Our secondary operations and production office are located at Calle Emilio Pérez Piñero 3, 2e Planta, Puerta 1, 30620 Fortuna, Murcia, Spain.
  • “Client”: Any individual, brand, or business entity booking our services, referred to as “you” or “your”.
  • “Services”: All creative productions offered by us, including but not limited to photography, videography, audio engineering, and drone flights.

2. Quotes, Bookings, and Payments

  • All quotes issued by NO!DOUBT! are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • A booking is confirmed only after written agreement (email or signed contract) and, if applicable, the receipt of a deposit.
  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
  • For cross-border business-to-business (B2B) transactions between our Dutch registry, Spanish branch, and European clients, EU VAT reverse-charge rules (btw verlegd / inversión del sujeto pasivo) will be applied where legally required.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Music Productions: All music produced by NO!DOUBT! is guaranteed 100% AI-free. Upon full payment, the Client receives a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the audio for the agreed purposes.
  • Photo & Video (including Drone): Copyright of all raw and edited footage remains with NO!DOUBT! unless a full transfer of intellectual property is explicitly bought and agreed upon in writing. The Client receives a license for commercial use upon full payment.
  • NO!DOUBT! reserves the right to use any delivered material for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the shoot.

4. Drone Operations & Licensing

  • NO!DOUBT! operates under official worldwide drone pilot licenses, fully compliant with European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations, strictly adhering to national operational frameworks set by both the Dutch Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport (ILT) and the Spanish Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea (AESA).
  • All drone operations are subject to local legislation, weather conditions, and airspace restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a drone flight if safety or legal regulations are compromised.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations by the Client must be submitted in writing.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot or studio session may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total project quote to cover preparation and reserved time.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • NO!DOUBT! is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with European law.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands (as the country of main registration) or Spain (where our physical operational office is active), depending on the contractual execution point.
